It is said that picture postcards, together with stamps and coins, are today’s most popular collectables .      Certainly, there is ample choice as to the category of cards you wish to collect, and if the category  is at all unusual  you can rapidly become an expert in your field.

Incidentally, collecting used cards is much more fun - reading the messages they contain is often as interesting as the pictures!
