There is nothing as wholly absorbing as sailing.  Whether it is dinghy racing or ocean cruising it is a world of its own and  ‘warly cares an’warly men may a’ gang tapsalteerie ‘   (Rabbie Burns if you hav’nt already guessed, although he was talking not about sailing but about courting).

Anyway, if you are looking for a way to fill your hours pleasurably and healthily this is certainly worth further investigation.      See:
